We offer programs for kids and teens. Our gym philosophy doesn't differ with our youth programs, we still believe in the same fitness principles and the training methodology in which we teach it. The main difference is the delivery. 

We want to improve your kids fitness via a strength and conditioning approach. What derails any human is too much of the same thing. Our goal is to minimize Sports specific training at a young age. Although striving to be great at specific athletic endeavours can be appealing. And is great while you are playing sports. But it’s the generalist approach in the gym setting is what is the healthiest long term. Building movement patterns that are diverse, not specific are the best injury prevention. We start with patterns before weights. Start with weights lighter than 3 pounds with the goal of technique not load. We prepare the kids to be able to lift weights as a teen, but only move light objects until that time.

Last but not least, we hope to create a fun, positive outlook on the gym. We want exercise to be a reward, not a punishment! (Most adults have this backwards.) Healthy habits to last a lifetime.

Teens: AGES 13-18

Tuesday and Thursday’s 4:15-5:15pm

From Hockey to Football to RollerDerby. We specialize our training to cater to the specific team goals. Still keeping our focus on what we do best, with functional exercises being that foundation.
