Membership Freezes

Short Term Pass Freeze:
These policies have been crafted with both the clients’ needs and the business needs in mind.
Terms and conditions:
There is a $5 fee to process all freezes.
Requests must be submitted 5 days prior to freeze date. If within that 5 day window, a recurring bill is processed, that charge is non-refundable.
Pass Freeze for time away:
(Short Term Pass Freeze)
Depending on pass type, you may freeze your pass if you are leaving Whistler.
Billed monthly or every 4 weeks pass types:
This pass type is eligible to be frozen once per billing cycle, and no more than 12 weeks total in a calendar year.
1 week minimum, 12 week maximum.
3 month or 12 week prepaid memberships:
Eligible for 1 pass freeze. Minimum of 2 weeks, maximum of 12 weeks.
6 month, 1 year prepaid memberships:
Eligible for 2 pass freezes. Minimum of 2 weeks, maximum of 12 weeks.
Long Term Pass Freeze:
If you are hospitalized, pregnant, or injured, and require significant amount of time away from the gym, we can freeze your pass for a minimum of 9 weeks, and a maximum of 9 months. This is also eligible if you just need a break! Only eligible once per Membership Term.
